One page grid, every page operation

Most PDF sites make you pick a separate tool for each job: one page to merge, another to split, a third to rotate. The Page Organizer treats all of those as what they really are - different ways of exporting the same edited page grid. Load one or more PDFs and every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag to reorder (even between documents), click to select, rotate or remove pages, then export the arrangement as a single PDF or split it into multiple files. Everything runs locally in your browser using PDF.js for rendering and pdf-lib for assembly - nothing is uploaded, ever.

Merging PDFs

Add two or more files and their pages flow into one grid in file order. The order of pages in the grid is exactly the order of pages in the exported PDF, so you can interleave pages from different source documents freely - useful for combining separately scanned odd and even pages, or inserting a signed signature page into a contract. Mixed page sizes (A4, Letter, Legal) are preserved as-is; each page keeps its original dimensions.

Extracting and deleting pages

To pull a subset of pages out of a document, click the pages you want and use Keep only selected, then export as a single PDF. To do the reverse - drop a few unwanted pages - select them and click Remove selected. Removed pages stay visible in the grid with a "removed" marker until you export, so a mis-click is a one-click restore rather than a do-over.

Splitting the arranged pages

The Split into multiple files export mode divides the grid into separate PDFs three ways: explicit ranges like 1-5, 6-10, equal chunks of every N pages, or one file per page. Because the split applies to the arranged grid rather than the original file, you can reorder and clean up pages first and then split - something that normally takes two tools and two round-trips. Multiple output files can be downloaded individually or bundled as a ZIP archive.

Rotation without quality loss

Rotation is applied as a PDF metadata operation - no pixels are re-encoded, so there is no quality loss no matter how many times a page is rotated. Fix a single upside-down scan with the hover buttons, or select a run of landscape pages and rotate them all at once.

Notes and limits

The output inherits no metadata from the source files; use the PDF Metadata Editor afterwards if the Title or Author fields matter. Page content is copied without re-compression, so the output size is roughly proportional to the pages included. Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked before loading, and very large inputs (over 500 MB total) depend on your device's memory.
